Mindful Movement

About the Class

 In this class you will focus on mobility and flexibility through strength and stretching your muscles. In each class you will be guided through gentle movement to help enhance your strength and range of motion while elongating your muscle with stretch techniques from an array of platforms led by a Yoga Therapist.

 STRENGTH & FLEXABILTY through Yoga Therapy: 

Supported by scientific studies, yoga therapy has been shown to reduce movement-related issues, alleviate mental health challenges, and improve overall well-being. While not a cure, yoga therapy complements traditional medical treatments, providing relief and fostering an improved ability to engage in daily activities. 

Instructor, Priyanka Varma, MS, Pain Therapist specializing in managing chronic conditions such as Arthritis, medical trauma, and chronic spinal issues. She is a Certified Yoga Therapist, as well as an expert in Breath work, Meditation, Pilates, and Functional Movement.
